We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product images are for illustration; actual colour and packaging may vary slightly. Our products are cosmetics intended for external use and are not medicines. Content on the site is for general information and is not medical advice — please read our Disclaimer.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, products and offers at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Your order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and successful payment or, for Cash on Delivery, verification. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, if the address is unserviceable, or if we suspect fraud. Where an accepted order is cancelled by us, we refund any prepaid amount.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Because our products are personal-care items, returns are limited to defective, damaged or incorrect items as set out in our Return Policy, and refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy.

All content on this site — including the Oat & Honey name, logo, product photography, text and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
We take fraud seriously. We may cancel orders, suspend accounts and take further action where we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity, including payment fraud and repeated bad-faith claims.
We provide our site and products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, which remain fully available to you.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, pandemics, government actions, courier disruptions, strikes or infrastructure failures.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll always try to resolve any concern amicably first — please contact us. Any dispute that can't be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
