Everything about how your order is processed, shipped, tracked and delivered across India — including what happens if something goes wrong along the way.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays. Most orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1 to 2 business days of successful payment or, for Cash on Delivery, order confirmation.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. During new launches, sales and festive periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you updated by email.
We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are counted from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery can vary based on your location and courier operations.
Shipping is free on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders within India. Any applicable taxes are already included in the price shown at checkout, so there are no hidden charges.
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link and courier details. You can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
If you created an account, you can also view your order status any time from your account dashboard.
We work with established, reputable logistics partners across India to deliver your order safely. The courier assigned to your shipment is selected based on your delivery location to give you the fastest reliable service.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us at care@oatandhoney.comand we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Please double-check your shipping address, pin code and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping may involve an additional shipping charge.
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, nobody was available after multiple attempts, the address could not be located, or a Cash on Delivery order was refused), we'll reach out to you. You can choose re-shipping or, for prepaid orders, a refund of the product value to your original payment method.
In the rare event a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will re-ship your order or issue a full refund, at your preference, once the courier completes its investigation.
Report a delivery problem quickly
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise it with the courier while records are still available.
We are not liable for delays or failures in shipping and delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, courier disruptions, strikes or infrastructure failures. We will always do our best to keep you informed and to deliver your order as soon as conditions allow.
