Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Once it's packed and handed to the courier, it's on its way — here's exactly how cancellations and their refunds work.

When you can cancel

You can request to cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched. We process and pack orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible.

To cancel, email care@oatandhoney.comwith the subject “Cancel Order” and your order number, or contact us from your account dashboard.

When cancellation isn't possible

Once it's on its way, it can't be cancelled

Orders that have already been packed, handed to the courier or shipped cannot be cancelled. This is because the order is no longer in our control once it enters the courier network.

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, you can decline delivery. For prepaid orders returned to us undelivered, we'll refund the product value once it reaches us. Please note our products cannot be returned once opened — see our Return Policy.

Orders already packed

If your order has been packed but not yet handed to the courier, we'll do our best to stop it if you contact us in time. We cannot guarantee cancellation at this stage, but we will always try.

Cancellations by us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we detect a pricing or listing error, if the delivery address is unserviceable, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel your order, we'll let you know and issue a full refund for any prepaid amount.

Refunds for cancelled orders

For eligible cancelled prepaid orders, we initiate the refund to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days. The time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider — full details are in our Refund Policy. Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch involve no charge, so no refund is needed.
