Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship across India to serviceable pin codes.

How long will delivery take?

After dispatch, metro cities usually receive orders in 2 to 4 business days, other cities in 3 to 6, and remote areas in 5 to 8. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders within India.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking link once your order ships, and you can also view status from your account. See our Shipping Policy for details.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If it hasn't moved after that, email us and we'll check with the courier.

Orders & payment

What payment methods can I use?

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes. See our Payment Policy.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway over an encrypted connection, and we never store your card or bank details.

Money was deducted but I didn't get a confirmation.

This is usually a failed payment; banks typically reverse it within 5 to 7 business days. If not, email us with the transaction details and we'll help.

I was charged twice.

Duplicate charges are refunded in full to your original payment method — send us both transaction references and we'll process it.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us quickly and we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Because our products are skincare and touch your skin directly, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for opened products. See our Return Policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong.

We'll make it right. Email us within 48 hours of deliverywith your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution.

How long do refunds take?

We initiate approved refunds within 2 to 3 business days; the time to reflect depends on your bank. Full timelines are in our Refund Policy.

How are Cash on Delivery orders refunded?

For COD, we collect your UPI or bank details and transfer any approved refund within 3 to 7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, any time before it's dispatched. See our Cancellation Policy.

What is the Bio-Collagen Deep Repair Mask?

It's an overnight hydrogel mask designed to deeply hydrate and support firmer, smoother-looking skin while you sleep.

What are the key ingredients?

Our formula centres on bio-collagen, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, delivered through a hydrogel layer. The full ingredient list is on the product page and packaging.

Is it suitable for all skin types?

It's formulated to be gentle and comfortable for all skin types. If your skin is sensitive or reactive, patch test first.

Is it cruelty-free?

Yes. We do not test on animals.

Do you use parabens or alcohol?

Our mask is formulated to be alcohol-free and paraben-free. Please always check the current label for the definitive ingredient list.

Usage, application & safety

How do I use the mask?

Start with clean, dry skin, smooth the hydrogel mask evenly over your face, and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes or overnight. Remove and gently press in the remaining essence.

How often should I use it?

Two to three nights a week is enough for most people.

Should I patch test?

Yes — always patch test a small area 24 hours before first use. See our Disclaimer for guidance.

Can I use it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical or skin condition, please check with your doctor or dermatologist before using any new skincare product.

Is it safe for children?

Our products are formulated for adults and aren't intended for children. Keep them out of reach of children.

When will I see results?

Skin often feels softer after the first night, with texture and tone building over a few weeks. Results vary from person to person.

Storage, shelf life & manufacturing

How should I store it?

Keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight, and close it well between uses.

What's the shelf life?

Please refer to the expiry and 'best before' details printed on your product packaging, and note the period-after-opening symbol where shown.

How are your products made?

Our products are made to quality and safety standards appropriate for cosmetics, and every batch is checked before it reaches you.
